The CSH Supportive Housing Development and Decision Guide

The CSH Supportive Housing Development and Decision Guide (the Guide) is designed to assist affordable and supportive housing development teams in navigating the complex process of producing supportive housing projects. It includes resources that address barriers to development, which may be experienced by emerging developers or by housing developers who identify as Black, Indigenous and People of Color (BIPOC).

This Microsoft Excel-based tool guides users in evaluating their organization’s readiness and capacity to pursue and complete a quality supportive housing project.  The Guide follows a five-phase development pipeline and provides an opportunity to identify "primary decision points" that will help shape the purpose, structure, and direction of your project.
