The Supportive Housing Development and Decision Guide (the Guide) is designed to assist supportive housing development teams in navigating the complex process of producing supportive housing projects.
The Guide is a Microsoft Excel application that directs users in evaluating their organization’s readiness and capacity to complete a quality supportive housing development project.
Following a five-phase development process, the Guide provides a chance to identify "primary decision points" that will help shape your project's purpose, structure, and direction.
